online toolbox workshops

Here's how it works:

Capacity: 12 if participants are going to be in the same room, unlimited if participants are logging in individually. There can also be a mix. It is possible to run multiple workshops for smaller groups of drivers if they are not all on site at the same time.

Candidate: All drivers. Can be run during regular scheduled driver meetings where time is short. We can run online workshops for small numbers of drivers.

Once a time and date are set, we will send you a calendar invite using Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. Which ever works best for you.

If participants are going to attend individually, then either send us their email addresses and we will send them an invite, or you share the meeting link with them.

If participants are attending as a group, can they be seated in the meeting room where we can see them all on your lap top, or video conference camera.

Can you please join the meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled start time so we can iron out any tech issues.

The Online Toolbox workshop uses the same script as the face to face Toolbox workshop. There will be the same level of engagement with the participants as there would be if we were with you.

At the end of the workshop the screen will show a QR Code that takes participants to the 3 question survey. They can access the survey by pointing their phone at the screen with their camera turned on. If some of the group are struggling to make the app work, then there is an option when someone finishes the survey, to do another. If just requires one to pass there phone to the next person who could not open the app.
