The following items will be supplied by the Share the road campaign. They will be sent by courier so we will need a street address, contact name and number of person receiving them. We can provide the items for you to keep if you will make regular use of them. To return, we will provide a street address and contact details for the courier:

Rope, zip ties, tape, snips for fixing banners and posters to truck
Toy truck and intersection map
Poster showing how to get in and out of a truck safely
We can contact a local truck/bus operator and request that they provide a truck or bus for the workshop. When we have their agreement, we will ask you to get in touch with them and provide:
street address for the venue
specific instructions on where the truck is to be parked at the venue
arrival and departure times
contact detail (phone) for the person who will be meeting the driver at the venue
These items are expected to be supplied by the group running the workshop:
Cones, road cones are ideal, but small ones used in cycle skills instruction are fine.

A safe area for the workshop
Some bicycles are handy for the exercises though not necessary.
